Job Description

A Leading Advertising Company located in New York City has an opportunity for a Receptionist who will handle the following responsibilities:
  • Schedule and maintain calendar, ensuring that it is current and accurate
  • Compose, format and proofread a variety of materials, including typewritten correspondence and various reports
  • Greet clients, answer phones, facilitate conference calls and make travel arrangements, as needed
  • Ensure inventories of major supplies are never depleted
  • Prepare conference rooms with necessary supplies
  • Maintain client files and electronic records
Qualified candidates for the Receptionist role should possess:
  • 1+ years experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent
