- Answering incoming and internal telephone calls through the company’s main phone line
- Greeting company employees, existing and potential clients, and guests who will be entering through the main lobby entrances.
- The greeting process may include the preparation of security badges and arranging escorts for all visitors
- Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Reserving conference rooms for meetings when requested
- Providing a high level of proactive support to administrative assistants, executives and business people
- Additional ad-hoc projects and duties
We are searching for candidates that meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The total compensation range is from $30,000 to $40,000 with great benefits (medical, dental).
