Job Description

A Leading Logistics Company located in Middlesex County, New Jersey has an opportunity for a Receptionist who will handle the following responsibilities:
  
  • Answer all incoming calls for all office locations and handle accordingly
  • Greet and direct clients and guests to appropriate parties
  • Calendar management (meeting coordination, scheduling calls, etc.)
  • Coordinates travel and hotel accommodations for internal personnel and external candidates
  • Assist with preparing PowerPoint presentations and documentation for internal and external audiences
  • Maintain access cards for new employees
  • Coordinate staff meetings and organizes other special event requests
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
  • Assist HR Team with administrative duties as needed
  • Administrative support to Partners in other locations as needed
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
  
We are searching for candidates that meet the following requirements:
  
  • 1+ years experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
