Job Description

A Premiere Pharmaceutical Company located in Union County, New Jersey is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant who will handle the following responsibilities:
  • Provide support to multiple executives 
  • Manage and publish calendars, and schedules appointments
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible
  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings
  • Prepare confidential correspondence and reports
  • Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files
  • Arrange detailed travel plans/itineraries and compiles documents for travel-related meetings
  • Order office supplies and maintains supply cabinet
  • Maintain various database and spreadsheet files as requested
  • Provide back-up support to other administrative functions within the office
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualified Candidates for the Executive Administrative Assistant role should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The total compensation range for the Administrative Assistant role is from $50,000 to $60,000 with a competitive benefits package.
