A Leading Retail Manufacturing Company located in Middlesex County, New Jersey is searching for a Accounts Payable Coordinator who will handle the following responsibilities:

 

  • Invoicing, batching and coding
  • Journal entries into General Ledger System
  • Data entry and petty cash
  • Expense reports, payment processing and bank reconciliation’s
  • Light accounting duties
  • Special projects as required

 

Qualified candidates for the Accounts Payable Coordinator should possess:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1+ years Accounts Payable experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with any automated accounting system
  • Excellent communication skills
