Accounts Payable Coordinator
A Leading Retail Manufacturing Company located in Middlesex County, New Jersey is searching for a Accounts Payable Coordinator who will handle the following responsibilities:
- Invoicing, batching and coding
- Journal entries into General Ledger System
- Data entry and petty cash
- Expense reports, payment processing and bank reconciliation’s
- Light accounting duties
- Special projects as required
Qualified candidates for the Accounts Payable Coordinator should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years Accounts Payable experience
- 1+ years of experience working with any automated accounting system
- Excellent communication skills
The total compensation range is from $33,000 to $36,000, with great benefits.
